ROMANS

The Legion of 200BC looked and fought very differently from the Romans of popular imagination who invaded Britain in Caesar’s day and later. The near most troops, the Triarji were armed with a spear and knelt in reserve.  The troops further forward, the Hastati and Princeps were armed with the pilum.  Our Cannae range allows you to accurately represent the Legions of Rome in their struggle for their cities very existence.
